Please allow 1-2 days to process your order. Expect an email within two days to let you know your order is on the way!
We do not ship outside of Canada at this time.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES
We base delivery times on normal delivery conditions. As a result, delivery times are subject to change without notice. Shipping delivery times may change due to causes beyond our reasonable control. These reasons include, but aren’t limited to:
- Acts of God
- Epidemics
- Labour disruptions
- Equipment failures
- Unanticipated surges in volume
Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Orders $150 and up are eligible for free shipping.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the complete order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. If your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at newlfieldinc@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.
